 <p>The transition from linear value chains to network structures necessitates research into orchestration mechanisms in digital business ecosystems. The key problem, defined as the "paradox of openness," is the need to coordinate independent participants in the absence of administrative subordination. In the existing literature, governance operationalization mechanisms are often examined fragmentarily, without considering the role of data as a coordination tool. The aim of this study is to systematize the mechanisms for orchestrating participants in open digital business ecosystems and develop a comprehensive model integrating architectural, institutional, and information management tools. The methodological framework was based on a qualitative research design based on a comparative analysis of multiple cases. The sample was formed according to theoretical principles and includes three types of open digital ecosystems: transactional, innovative, and industrial. Orchestration effectiveness was assessed based on the criteria of scaling speed, conflict level, innovation intensity, and data liquidity. A three-level model of orchestration mechanisms was developed, demonstrating the complementarity of architectural, institutional, and information management tools. At the architectural level, mechanisms for API modularity, entry control points, and technological sandboxes are highlighted. At the institutional level, pricing policy tools, reputation control, and arbitration are systematized. At the information level, the critical importance of analytics access management, AI-based predictive orchestration, and data standardization is demonstrated. The dependence of mechanism configuration on the lifecycle stage and ecosystem type is revealed. It is established that in the data economy, orchestration mechanisms are shifting from strict directive control to algorithmic coordination. It is shown that effective orchestration requires dynamic adaptation: a strategy of minimizing entry barriers at the launch stage should naturally give way to strengthening quality control institutions. It is substantiated that the opportunistic use of partner data by the orchestrator poses a critical risk to system stability, requiring the implementation of transparent interaction standards.</p>

 <p>Переход от линейных цепочек создания стоимости к сетевым структурам обусловливает актуальность исследования механизмов оркестрации в цифровых бизнес-экосистемах. Ключевая проблема, определяемая как «парадокс открытости», заключается в необходимости координации независимых участников при отсутствии административного подчинения. При этом в существующей литературе механизмы операционализации управления часто рассматриваются фрагментарно, без учета роли данных как инструмента координации. Цель исследования – систематизировать механизмы оркестрации участников в открытых цифровых бизнес-экосистемах и разработать комплексную модель, интегрирующую архитектурные, институциональные и информационные инструменты управления. Методологическую базу составил качественный исследовательский дизайн, основанный на сравнительном анализе множественных кейсов. Выборка сформирована по теоретическому принципу и включает три типа открытых цифровых экосистем: транзакционные, инновационные и индустриальные. Оценка эффективности оркестрации проводилась по критериям скорости масштабирования, уровня конфликтности, интенсивности инноваций и ликвидности данных. Разработана трехуровневая модель механизмов оркестрации, демонстрирующая комплементарность архитектурных, институциональных и информационных инструментов управления. На архитектурном уровне выделены механизмы модульности API, контрольных точек входа и технологических песочниц. На институциональном уровне систематизированы инструменты ценовой политики, репутационного контроля и арбитража. На информационном уровне доказана критическая значимость управления доступом к аналитике, предиктивной оркестрации на базе искусственного интеллекта и стандартизации данных. Выявлена зависимость конфигурации механизмов от стадии жизненного цикла и типа экосистемы. Установлено, что в экономике данных механизмы оркестрации смещаются от жесткого директивного контроля к алгоритмической координации. Показано, что эффективная оркестрация требует динамической адаптации: стратегия максимального снижения барьеров входа на этапе запуска должна закономерно сменяться усилением институтов контроля качества. Обосновано, что критическим риском для устойчивости системы выступает оппортунистическое использование оркестратором данных партнеров, что требует внедрения прозрачных стандартов взаимодействия.</p>
